    [HELP]Rule-Menu

    Hey guys,

    I was wondering.
    Does some1 have a menu with rules.
    Like when your ingame you press a button.
    Then a menu will show up with all the rules.
    If you press it again it wil dissapear.

    Does some1 know how to make this or have it(then i only have to edit)?

    There are mods when you press on a button it will show background information. Like terminator invasion.
