How to increase FPS?

In my noob laptop i have 25 FPS

How cna i increase?

DONT ASK FOR DEFRAG OR SPEED BOOST OR FONTS OR CCLEANER! I ALREADY USE THEM

my device is windows 7 64 bits

I doubled my FPS by changing the texture from high to low

Just try turning down any graphics settings in crossfire, and turn off save replay.

Turn settings all the way down use game booster
Press crtl alt delete start task manager and stop everything running

Just make sure all background programmes are closed and delete all files/ uninstall programmes that you don´t need. There are many Boosters like "GameBooster" or other Tuning programmes.
In my opinion those programmes don´t help much.
I always:
-Uninstall softwares, that are not necessary
-Clean the registry with any programme (For example: Registry Cleaner)
-Defragment my PC ( I suggest "Disk Defrag")
-Close all background programmes (Also Antivirus if I don´t use a hack)
-Clean my PC ( Programmes, like "CCleaner")

It also depends on your RAM
