It's most likely the anti-virus software that you have installed on your computer that is causing that. Just add the hack to its exception list and you should be fine.

One question: Only way to not get banned is to not be obvious right? I mean if we play like a normal player but we still are wall hacking, we wont get overwatched right?

Yeah, just don't be obvious while hacking on your account, (Overwatch ban), and make sure not to hack with any detected hacks on it too, (VAC ban).

Yep...
Some players use 2 or 3 different cheat tools. And when they got caught, they said the last cheat make VAC in their profile

if you play like normal player, perhaps you pass the overwatch punishment.
Don't forget to verify integrity of game cache after or before play CSGO.
