People who 'use' to scam and scam no more have to refund all those who have been scammed by you before you can make any sales.
Just cause you say it doesn't mean you are. You have to refund to at the very least prove you're somewhat legit or heading in that direction.
You can start by giving the money you earned from @BustaQueef and give back to someone you scammed in the past.
