What are your guys's thoughts on the movie Interstellar?

I thought it was the best fucking movie. This has probably been the first movie in a year or two that I've actually bought movie tickets for. I've probably watched it 13~ times since it came out and it gets better every time.

Here's the thing, I hate movies with big ass cliff hangars. The fact that Cooper was going back to Amelia meant some real shit. Either he doesn't like it at their new home or he truly loves her. Not to mention, in the ending, Brand was standing above a camp of which looks like 15~ people live? I don't know if there are actually people there, or if that was the place where Edmunds is? I might have to re-watch that part. Regardless, Matthew McConaughey was fucking spectacular in the movie. He played Cooper so well, it was unreal. His acting paired with Mackenzie Foy and Anne Hathaway were so immerse it was just, wow.

I think Christian Nolan could have worked worked on a few things to make the movie better.
1. At the beginning of the movie, they never told us how the earth got that way. All they said was that the earth ran out of food. I would have loved to know how the earth got all of that dust, causing dust storms every day or so.

2. Fuck cliffhangers, I don't care what you guys say, I want them gone from every movie ever made. (Except for series movies). The major cliffhanger in this movie,caused me to drop my rating from a 9.7 to a 9. Myself, as well as thousands of other people, would have appreciated a more in depth ending. Amelia managed to fly the ship to edmunds's planet, in which Cooper Decided to stay. Fast forward to the part where it's the final scene where Murph is telling Cooper to go to Amelia and build her planet with her. It then proceeded to end. Fuck that.

Here's a small, in depth review of the movie.

As most of you know (Who watched the movie) the equation of "Gravity" that Professor Brand was telling Cooper wasn't finished, was actually finished. He completed the equation a decade ago, right before the explorers went to go to the planets outside Gargantua. I think this was the best part of the movie, you don't expect it, and it's pretty fucking clever. On the point of Gargantua, did you know that over 1,000 Expensive ass Workstations were used in parallel, over 800 Terabytes of data was used, and it took over 100 hours of manual labor just to build the black hole? I thought that's pretty insane.

Gah, I have so much to talk about. I just can't put it into words...

ending could of been prolonged but that movie is fucking amazing, I kinda got tear eyed at the part when he goes to show his daughter how to fix the problem thought the 4th dimension..

Anyways science is crazy, Movie is crazy. Just amazing tbh.
