    Whats going on with CShell.dll it just keeps going and say File is changed Bla bla bla ....... :S

    reinstall crossfire and then install Csshell.dll - "How to Fix Csshell.dll" - Scan & Repair Csshell.dll Errors.

    Exact same thing happened to me, but after I turned by AV off, it worked again.
