Probably don't have a verified paypal or, you don't have a credit card/bank.
use bancore to get a free credit card and then use it on paypal.

Actually it is. All you're going to do is literally: Click 6 times (2 for each game: 1 for going to the game itself and the second is for adding it to the cart). Then 3 more clicks to go to paypal. Then typing your password. 2 more clicks and you're done. Now please explain how tiring and exhausting it is.
