I'm looking for someone with their IP Banned.
I wanna change my acc password because I forgot my last name for nexon.
If you are IP Banned, and someone logs on my account nexon will send me an email and let me change my password.

That does work. I had an IP Changer and that IP got banned and it is always that ip when you use it and when ever i log in with that ip I get email from Nexon
