Problem with MisterY's Zombie trainer

Hello, I just recently started using this trainer and it has worked great, but now I try to use it and if I timescale anything other than 1, the game runs at a snails pace and just bugs out completely. I think the trainer is amazing and I am a patient person enough to have it on normal speed, but for the trainer itself, I want to make sure that someone knows about this issue and could possibly help me with fixing it and or notifying the creator to look into it. Thank you.

First, change the file name of the trainer to whatever name you want
after this
open bo3 and in the main menu open your trainer then close it fast
finally when you're loading your game open it again and it should work just fine
because I had the sam problem this is how I fixed mine
