James - Whilst you inject the .dll File, it will inject the second you run the game. But 75% of these hacks to this day are barely compatible with Windows 8, 8.1 and 10. If you are running either of them Operating Systems don't expect 'any' hacks to work.

Can someone tell me how to use this hack with the extreme injector and get it working sending my a clear updated tutorial would be nice or just a step by step guide.

Same with me, nothing happens. I would highly recommend pressing each key on your keyboard starting with F1 going to F12, moving onto the NUMPAD. I never tried it, but maybe it is worth a try.
