When I use VMware for my alts I get disconnected every few minutes. Gives me an error " Connection with the game servers disconnected due to a network error."

I know its not my main computer because i have vindictus running there all the time and it stays connected while the VM's get constantly disconnected every 10-15 minutes.
Anyone experienced and experiencing the same problem please leave any suggestion fix this issue below.
