1) Even if someone sends a report, there is no overwatch on anything but comp. You can get VAC'd tho.
2) In my experience, if you haven't used a hack around the time that it was detected you won't get banned.
3) It changes the hack signature, which is all the functional inputs and outputs. So yes, it's different from you using it than others not protecting.

5) Vac waves happen, and even if something is claimed undetected you still have a chance of VAC. There's always a risk.
6) As 1 said, no.
7) A lot of people do in fact lobby up with rage hackers, but I don't think you'll find hackers in GE.
