Question about VAC? (Please help new to CS:GO hacking)

So I have played about 10 games on casual with ezfrags. Everytime before I play csgo, I go to the post and make sure it is undetected. I have a few questions because this is my main and if I get banned I won't be able to play for a few months. Nobody has EVER called me out for hacks so I never get reported so that isn't a problem.

1) Can you get banned from Casual, Deathmatch, or Bots? (I have been hacking on casual and it worries me)

2) So if I am not running the hack at the time of a VAC ban wave, I will not get banned? (I never get reported + I always make sure it isn't detected)

3) If I am using a compiled version of ezfrags with Enigma Protector, won't the file be different and technically "private"?

4) What is better Internal or External?

5) Is it possible to play and never get banned if you play your cards right?

6) Can you get overwatched on Casual?

7) Don't a lot of people cheat their way up to GE?

1) Even if someone sends a report, there is no overwatch on anything but comp. You can get VAC'd tho.
2) In my experience, if you haven't used a hack around the time that it was detected you won't get banned.
3) It changes the hack signature, which is all the functional inputs and outputs. So yes, it's different from you using it than others not protecting.
4) I don't know.
5) Vac waves happen, and even if something is claimed undetected you still have a chance of VAC. There's always a risk.
6) As 1 said, no.
7) A lot of people do in fact lobby up with rage hackers, but I don't think you'll find hackers in GE.
