I've seen so many overwatch investigations where the suspect just made a good move or an insane shot, that's all. Considering that, if you hide it well, you don't have to worry about overwatch. Don't be fishy, don't preshot like a retard with a wh, and everything will be fine.
2) It depends, the case is sent to 50+ people and you have to exceed 80% positives votes to get banned, I would say between 3 days and 1 week.

5) It is displayed as a game ban, it differs from a VAC ban but still, it is exposed to your profile accordingly.
6) I don't think so, this is a somewhat obscure topic, some say that it depends on your level, others not, we have no official information about the mechanics of Overwatch.
