didnt recive a confirmation yet in the email

i just see the invoice paid , and everything is okay
but it says down that it will take a time to process it to my account

If it is already in your balance, you're fine.

its in the transaction history and marked as Paid , but not yet in my actual balance

is that normal ? i dont think i got scammed or something , right ?
