Need revenge- someone scammed me

I'm a poor college student who plays on steam. I am on the steamgifts.com website and was trading on there for a game I wanted. A user added me and said he had the game i wanted. I gave him 20 tf2 keys and a game with a total value of $60. The guy did not give me the game and unfriended me and blocked me on steam. I reported him on steam and steamgifts.com

But....it not over yet. I want my items back and some sweet revenge. Please someone tell me how to hack his steam account or please someone hack it for me.
