You have to replace all the parts man Most cases that come with pre built old pcs are shit,and you will need good case for 8320 and r9 390 because of airflow and size of gpu.
For MOBO you can go with MSI 970 gaming if you have money,and if you want to go budget go for gigabyte 970A-DS3P.

You can get any 20-50$ case from thermaltake,corsair or any well known brand.

You can achieve 60 FPS on both builds,with 500$ you will need to lower the settings to medium/low depending on game and on second build you can max out almost everything 60 FPS
