Warpathsin666 deserves this. His delivered use numerous hacks as well as help. If not War, Seth is definitely next in line coz of his helpfulness xD No offense but User's time is over but his still a reputable member. Atm however, we should just mourn over the resignation of Stumpy

User1 had his run. So, I am voting for Warpathsin but Mods will choose whoever they want. So, even if someone gets many votes, it is not like he/she will be CA minion.
