Latin countries don't have friends/family as payment option.

You could accept the money as a donation and it'd be almost the same thing as friends/family.

Donations can be refunded, it's already happened to multiple streamers and it's quite easy to do especially if you fund your PayPal with a credit card and just claim it wasn't you and blah blah, you get your money back most of the time. Which is truly unfortunate because i've heard i happen to some streamers and it can really fuck you over since those are your means of payment for some things.

You're right in that donations can be refunded, but so can family/friends option. PayPal isn't as secure as other sites such as Bitcoin or Skrill. Your other options are those 2 sites stated previously or any giftcard that can fund PayPal.
