Just sell your CPU,MOBO and RAM and upgrade to next gen,get 6th gen intel CPU - Intel i7-6600K
    For MOBO get Gigabyte Z170
For RAM upgrade to DDR4 - Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB Kit
With all of that get a cheap air aftermarket cooler like Hyper evo 212 or if you can afford for water cooling get corsair h100.

    Cool
Like Ultrawtf said, you might wanna checkout the latest Skylake 6700k. The 6700k doesn't represent a huge performance increase(along the lines of 10% over the 4790k) but if you can find it for a similar price than you should take a look at it. However, that would mean also having to upgrade your RAM. If you wanna have a more "future proof" system, than I guess the Skylake i7 is an option as well.
