Realistically it's worth around $150. What you'll find is that people do something called lowballing, where they offer something depressingly lower than you might believe the account is worth. To many on the forums, the price is almost specifically based on maxed chars and things like UTs, decent pet, vaults, etc. are just incentive to buy it.

Do what you will with this information. Also check out the sticky on pricing, however in my opinion its a bad way to price things.

pets are usually huge in deciding the price, same with vaults and slots.

I think that is a quite a bit for this account. It has some nice uts and all but I think this is a little bit high.
I would say 100 is about right. Has not fully maxed pet according to pictures. Has nice characters with there respective uts,(warrior,archer,huntress ect)
and unlocked a bit of vault space( 8 ) and these are the things most people look for when buying an account
