I've bought one off him as well. It definitely seemed sketchy but too tempting. At this point, we can all call PayPal and tell them that we purchased a segway for $100 and seller did not fulfill the order. Tell them that seller insisted on us sending as gift. If they say a chargeback can't be made, recall them until one of the representatives will. When enough chargebacks are made against him, we will get our money back.
