Why does it take so long for people to approve stuff?

i remember the times it took couple hours.

And is there a applying section where i can apply to help approve and so on?

First of all, MPGH's staff members are people just like everyone else and as such, they've lives to take care of as well. Second, if you see any attachment that remained unattended for at least 24 hours after it was posted, you can just use the report button, and report it so the assigned section's/sections' minions or a Global Moderator+ can deal with it. Third and last, the administrators have already acknowledged that there's a lack of minions in certain sections, in a matter a fact, just recently there was a quite big wave of minion applications and they have already been closed. The new minions should be chosen soon I believe, just be patient.
