You should try to powercycle your modem. Unplug your modem for 20 secs then plug it back in. You should get your speed back.

its because its a very busy part of the day
i have very fast connection. but when its a busy part of the day and alot of people are viewing, downloading, posting, logging on, the server starts to get slow.
so its not just you. its like that for me too. im at about 20 mbs
