Don't try to fix what ain't broken. CCleaner works awesomely, and is by no means easy to make a program similar to it. I believe setting a program to clean the registry is quite the task.

the cleaner is the easy part.. the registry cleaner.. thats gonna take a while and a lot of knowledge, but besides that.. its not that big of a program.

The hardest part would be getting the temp directories and files that the programs use as defualt. Besides that the second hardest would be the regestry cleaner. The application itself is not difficult. And besides some of you have already done something similiar with your CA Cleaners. CCleaner is just that on a much larger scale.

but if it was better than CCleaner.. people would start using it. Now wouldnt it make you feel good to know you made somethin useful that lots of people use?

You could always make it search a specific folder and empty it out.. like the "Temp" folders

some of the folders are hard to get to...
like the firefox folders and stuff.
