This is only for bazaars/vault/guildhall, right?

So broken if it would work with any portal so you can just instantly join sprite/abyss/udl/lab without even looking for it.

We're playing with hacks where we auto nexus, have Wiz-Bombs that hit perfectly every time, aimbots, bots that are meant to help scam, people are duping hundreds of rare items, and you're worried about people able to join public portals?
