    im wondering why the APB:R section is removed from the Blue bar (idk what to call it)
    it was always there and now its gone

    Dave removed every bar and re-added the sections most likely based on searches (Google searches, IE; Minecraft Hacks and ended up coming here) and section popularity/activity. Notice how CS:GO is first. It's all SEO and popularity.
