Ship 'Glitch'

Well, I was playing yesterday on Ship and I got onto the pipe thing here:


I was moving around and stuff and I suddenly... 'glitched' into the wall. It looked like my guy was sliding into the wall and suddenly it happened. The first time I did it on accident and I tried it again and did it by accident and managed to get pictures:



I died almost instantly, but w/e. Anyone seen/done this before?
