There is this one hack in gta 5 that lets you crash a whole room or just kick certain people from it and if its the only hack your using its hard to detect.

GTA V = Killing game where you literally have respawn and kill anything you want anytime while performing heists/missions.

Day Z = Survival with communication and coordination with or without other people.

Are you referring to the LVL1-4 Member tags? Those can't be bought. You'll get them once you achieve certain minimum amounts of posts. For further information, feel free to check this thread (and let's stop getting off-topic).
