I always tell my customers to do friends and family so i get 100% of the money and i don't have to pay any fees if they want to send as services they have to give extra money to cover the fees

Doesn't matter - you're breaching paypals seller and buyer policies by doing it this way.

It IS a service, the people being paid aren't family or friends, and if you absolutely must have the exact number you're asking for, then you should charge the extra that paypal take from the transaction. Not hard really.

I meant that the guy doesn't have to be a scammer just for asking for friends & family.
The account i forgot to tell you but i closed the service because i had a problem with the account seller people with lifetime packs got another service for free (as a compensation) or are still getting accounts. The supply is very limited i only have accounts for the warranty and some lifetime packs

Some sellers do that to not have problems with the buyer trying to chargeback them (friendly fraud), on tf2 transactions we do that while using a steamrep middleman. When you give a service yeah you should ask for services but i don't know if paypal likes gta hacking services.
