Is It Possible To Unlock Special Event Items?

Hi i was unlocked everything with tunables editor but it was so many months ago... I think april or may..

So how can i unlock everything (indepence day items etc..) i want to unlock all clothes weapons cars (marshall america, soverign motorcycle)

Is it possible? Should i downgrade to 1.26 again to use tunables? is it safe?

Plesae show me a way to do it...

Anti cheat is the same on any version.
There is no way of getting the clothes and guns and keeping them as options you can always get unless you played during the time when those things came out and you bought them at that time.
Same for any pegasus vehicles.
For Sovereignty and Btype (Roosevelt) you can spawn them with cheats or menu and then save in garage.
