I found the problem. It seems that this only works with the cut (german) version of the game.
I'm trying to fix it

i have the german version of the game but i have still grey screen

yeah gray screen, using win 7 x64, tried with various settings, nothing seems to make it disappear. PS. i have the uncut and normal version of mw2. hopefully u can find a fix, looking forward to it. cheers bruh.
