Not receiving the e-mail

Hello there, I'm posting this because MPGH is acting really weird.
I've been trying to change my password for the last few days for my account Tjeerdo
I'm doing all the steps, it says that the e-mail has been sent, but I'm not receiving any e-mails by MPGH.
I'm hoping a Mod can help me with this issue.
