    Not receinving the e-mail after countless reset requests

    Hi, I've been trying to request a password request for the account "Roy944", after being redirected on a page telling me that the password reset instructions will be sent, nothing is received, nothing in the spam folder.

    I'd like to possibly receive the password reset instructions.
