For some reason every time i close my laptop when i go to bed i wake up with that shit and i know it is not trend micro because it has firewalled the images.

Any clues as to what it is and where i got it?

And don't flame me for asking i believe it was from something i downloaded from CA so here is my best bet on asking if anyone knows?

You've got a worm of some sort. Don't click on it. My suggestion is to download both MalwareBytes AntiMalware AND ComboFix. ComboFix is extremely powerful and will remove about anything but follow the directions to a "T" or you could make things worse for yourself.

In fact, until you know what it is do NOT enter any personal information, ANYWHERE. If your PW's, etc. aren't stored in FireFox or whatever you use don't enter them. Just don't sign in. There's always a chance you have a backdoor worm and a keylogger.

Windows XP I am using Tuneup it basically just makes things load a tiny bit faster by getting rid of shit i don't need eg.Style,Looks,other shit.

You don't even need the paid version. I swear it. Just let it update or check for updates automatically. It's as good a antimalware as any and the best part is it's not a system hog. it's not live protection like symantec or norton it only runs when you want a scan done.
