I feel no pity for these guys at all.
Most fields I know of either explicitly require or don't require full face protection; and the same goes for high velocity rifles such as the one the video taker was using. This means that these people were knowingly wading into high velocity fire, with nothing but measly shatter glasses. Yeah it hurts, but that's part of the game. If you don't want it to hurt, then bring a damn face mask.
