Any good Image hosting sites?

I need an image hosting site. But not just any one like imgur or tinypic. I need something where I change the URL of the image. So if I decide to change the image later on, I can change the image with ease and the URL can stay the same. I was going to use a free web hosting (so I can change the URL of an image) site like ********* but honestly, had bad experiences with free ones. So any free and good image hosting sites which allow this?
