Hi i'm looking for someone who can refund cs:go skins, i'm not looking for any specific website, i just need them to be refunded, i'm willing to pay 20% of the skin price. I will not go first if you are not trusted, since i'm not a reliable member too we can use a middleman for the first transaction.

Is this even possible since they can confirm they sent you the skins.

It's even harder now with Valve's two fold security measure for trades.
