What did you do to get limited?
We recently noticed an issue with your account. To see what you can and can't do while your account is limited, go to the Resolution Center.
Why is my account access limited?
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
Nov 28, 2015: You're only allowed to have one personal and one business account. In addition, we noticed one or more of the following problems:
You provided information that we believe was false, inaccurate, or misleading; or
You sent or received payment that was potentially related to fraudulent activity; or
You have more than one account with a negative balance; or
You are in violation of the User Agreement, the Commercial Entity Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or another agreement you have with PayPal.
Our decision was based on terms outlined in these agreements.
Because of this, we've limited your accounts and can no longer offer our services to you. You'll still be able to log in to view your transaction history, but you won't be able to send or receive payment.
(Your case ID for this reason is PP****************)
Nov 17, 2015: We recently asked you to stop participating in transactions that violated our Acceptable Use Policy.
(Your case ID for this reason is PP*************.)
This limitation cannot be appealed.
Well,This happened to me. I thing i gonna stop using a paypal.
What did you do to get limited?
For first, I just sold a few accounts on "s l u t . i o" ofc, no one contact me that he got a wrong accounts details.
But someone else reported my "shop" on paypal . after that paypal contacted me with a email
"In an effort to ensure compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy, we ask
that you provide us with more information regarding your website/s and/or
certain payments, so we can verify that your transactions do not violate
our policies.
Please refer to:
- Transaction *************** from November 10, 2015 for the amount of
€3.00
- Transaction ************** from October 01, 2015 for the amount of
3.35
In order to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and avoid the limitation
or closure of your account, you will need to:
- Describe the products and/or services associated with your PayPal
transaction/s.
If these transactions are associated with a website, please provide access
to the URLs of any website/s where these transactions originated.
If these transactions are not associated with sales from a website, please
provide specific information as to the nature of the transactions,
including a description of the products or services involved in these
payments.
And ofc, me dumbas just ignored this message, and just created a new account, and send all money on a new one, after a 3 days, my second account was limited.
here is my story.Sorry for a bad english^
You can't have more than two paypals one business and one personal. You created another one (assuming from the same IP) and sent all your money there. So you made multiple accounts. Which is against the rules. And you got limited for it.
My question is after reading that email why did you go and make another account.
