Teddy bear noise when no clipping out of new maps? Teddy bear noise when give all!

Hi, I really need help here I'm trying to use console commands on solo zombies and everything works but whenever I use give all in any zombie map it will play a weird teddy bear noise and then take one gun away every coup seconds. Also, if I noclip out of maps newer than dead-ops arcade (ascension, etc) it will play the teddybear noise and it's so unplayable.

Can someone help me?

I've already done the monkeytoy to 0 etc etc
