1. I made order 19th of nov. from my first account in amazon.
2. In 30min. amazon chargme the money.
3. In 2-3h Amazon send me email:

To resolve this matter, please send the information below to our secure fax line at:

-- Your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your Amazon account

So i sended them 3-4 fax's and write them 3-4 times in chat they continuously still holding the account.
What i need is do the refund from this order in this hold accout.
