well than you are in a room that uses punk buster you cant disable it i dont think atleast but here is the link

when u get in server ignore the block message just write in chat : /pb_cl_enable then click ok on msg box, join server again and press enter as fast as you can, so u send the command before block appears. block message will appear, click ok. join server again, the msg shouldnt appear ;p i dont know if it will work for 100% but it should help
