Would any of you be able to fulfill a request like this;
I am 17 and so I cannot use my debit card for online purchases yet.
I wanted to know if any of you could purchase an item and refund it for me and if so, what would the percentage be?.
I will give any info like my Address, Land/City etc. so you can set up a new Amazon account.
I can pay through PayPal or anything else that you could suggest.

Try to connect your debit card to entropay.com? This is a VCC (Vritual Credit-Card) Host.
You can use these VCC's to pay on Amazon.

My card isn't eligible for ANY online purchases.
So would linking it to that website and trying to buy something work anyways?

So the problem is the shipping or buying it with your VCC?

For the VCC part, why not buy an amazon giftcard? The shipping, get a reship location and have them ship it there and they ship it to you.

VCCs have many problems, you will often receive emails such as:
