Get another Process Memory Address by knowing the string.

Hello Guys,
im trying to change a value on a game, but the problem is that everytime when the game starts, it gets another Memory Address.. I know what the String is and can scan it with Cheat Engine, but CE is detected and i want to implement it into my program. I just need to know how im suppose to do the Scan Part of Cheat Engine with a string.
