Some Plugins not Working for Unkown Reasons

So I add the plugins to the plugins folder, start the server and they say something like could not load ... .jar and I have tried multiple versions of minecraft and it still does not work.

Heroes
Factions

Well... First could you tell us what the server is running?

Not sure if this is the problem, but it's pretty common:
Since Craftbukkit is gone, spigot is being used more and more. People using spigot could also mess up and download the craftbukkit versions of the plugin.

Using Spigot, any version and the plugin was downloaded from the spigot website

That's interesting. So the plugins have NEVER been ran, so there's no config, correct?

@ReeceDaBeast Are they the only 2 plugins you have? Because factions needs another plugin called Massive Core for it to work. I can't link you the download because its not allowed, but you can find it easily.

For help you need to provide the entire start up log, not just that little bit. Plugins can conflict.

Look at their plugin page, do they have any prerequisites. Also the full start up log would still help...
