no its not (that i know of)if i may be wrong but i dont think you can because it's an online fps
Is it possible to just hack into the game files in an offline mode, and play with all the weapons & gear all u want? Good way to try those weapons that u could never get from those damn supply cases, and try those spec weaps every once in a while...so its kinda like making a copy of all the game files and hacking into them, jus somethin to play with. Dont flame plz this sounds dumb but I dont kno much about hackin.

add me on psn ---> vlackops
If we had a big enough server we could use map mods.etc but the way they have set it up requires alot of coding/knowledge that I don't have.
IMPROBABLE!! Hope you know what that means hahaha
Get The Fuck Out.

man is coding so hard here..I mean like i used to psp hack and it was so easy to go through walls and kill your own teammates and it was all free..
edit: and that would be too much cooding to have your own server and it would get detected fast
No its not possible, Even so what use would it be anyway? Play by yourself?
Omg i killed that barrel! 350+ exp points,
If alot of coding and knowledge is put into use you could use those maps/guns and recreate your own FPS. But thats a lot of time o-o
Private Server equal Jail Time.
Hence the word Private yo.
Free jail time, 100+ exp bonus
As an idea, yes this could work assuming you had enough time, resources, and know how. However it violates Nexon's copyright and would require extensive knowledge of how their servers work.

Maybe with enough studying you can weave through nexon's copyright laws and create a private server.
Assuming you had the educational abilities to reverse engineer the needed code, you could simply do what every other private server has done and claim "Educational purposes only" and release the content to public, with that many people running private servers the chances of getting caught up would be slim. Of course there are additional measures that one could take to avoid getting caught, but those are better left for discussion if a server is ever made.

Technically, yes.
Most likely, no.
