    I'm guessing yes there might be ban wave with update plus it nearly xmas they need to be seen trying to get rid hackers/cheater so more ppl will buy game

    As far now R* has announced only new 7 low riders for low riders 2.0 and christmas-themed DLC, there is no news regarding ban wave. Well, with an update, there might be one. Keep checking R* services for more info .
