    Gym Brah

    Anyone else here a gym freak?

    Getting bored of my daily protein shake, can anyone recommend a good unusual shake

    I currently use.
    1. 4 large table spoons of JIF
    2. 2 Bananas
    3. 4 Large scoops of protein vanilla powder
    4. Few scoops of ice
    5. 2 Pints of Milk
    6. maybe raspberries or strawberrys or ice-cream.


    I've stuck to this for about a year now and want to try something weird and new.


    Poll- Would people use a Gym & Health section?
    (So if noob would like to start training, people who go often and know a lot can give advice and we could share advice with other people who use the gym? There could be weight section, Cardio section, Supplement section etc. Also for general fitness people could post their workouts and also their diets and advice)

    I would help but i drink the exact same thing. Used to drink Serious Mass but I never felt too good after drinking it. We do need a gym section though.

    Skip the shake and make an omelette, especially if you can find a good source of free range produced eggs. The nutrients from that are incredible.

    haha, good one. But that's my unusual shake suggestion. Instead of a blender you mix it in a pan and fry it. $$$

    That sounds like too many calories for a protein shake man..Just use Milk/Bananas/Protein Powder(I love the chocolate flavor from Optimum Nutrition).

    you won't build protein for your muscles post-workout if you don't drink a shake/eat lots of protein. Working out only tears and conditions the muscles, the building happens in the post-workout.

    You have to eat protein and always drink a good fuckin shake if you wanna build.

    I never said I didn't eat protein, I eat a lot of it. I just don't drink protein shakes.
