Hello, and Welcome!
This is Themanz modpack 2.0 in this modpack you will find most mods you want to use in WoT!
How to install?
You can use the installer or you can install the files manually.
Note:When you use the installer the default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\World_of_Tanks\res_mods\ but your's could be different if so just change it this window:

Thanks for reminding me about that, it's a small mistake made by me! Since i have posted the modpack i'm not going to pull it out now because of this small issue. Ofcourse it will be fixed in the next version of the modpack. Enjoy!

Next time however, please do not include the installer, it takes much longer for us to completely analyze it.

And sorry for the delay, MPGH has been extremely slow the past 2 days making it impossible to download bigger files!
