You don't install anything other than Cheat Engine. Load up GTA, then open the table you downloaded from this post. Select GTAV.exe from the process list, and that is it.

IT does work, even though it may tell you there's a new cheat engine version or whatever, just check and you'll see that cheat engine is open, now you just have to select the correct process, you can use the "windows" button on the bottom of the small process selection screen to filter it easily, you'll only have 1 gta to pick...
after that if down below the screen you can't "open" the thingy that says open, right click it, go to the last menu and you should see something like "force it open", it's one of those options on the last menu when you right click on "open", there you have all the list options.
i'm no programmer, nor actual hacker, but i did used cheat engine before, and though i don't understand most of the options, the orange deathmatch suggestion worked, though i only set both values to around 10 or so, you usually get around 20k in a regular deathmatch with some people and an average duration of idk maybe 10 mins, so if you set it to 10, you'll get 200k instead of 20k, i also recommend using the money instantly and not getting greddy, and launch the deathmatch with matchmaking closed, from a private lobby if possible, and with a friend or friends only, as after the dm is done, everyone can see that you got much more than them, they can see the amount they won paired to their names, and the same amount multiplied by the integer you set the orange values to by your name, which may cause you to be reported, if you teach a friend you do it both i guess you won't be reported, which won't attract as much attention... i used it twice since i found it earlier today, and since then i wasn't banned, i also set it to a large amount but not that much, under 250k and used it almost instantly, actually ended up with less money than what i started with, but with a new vehicle...
