As the owner of the hack said, yes you need to enable server side in order it to work, its somewhere in the config file.

Yeah but like all the features can be used or is it better to not use things like glow, or aimbot etc etc. that's what i meant, i read the thing of the serverside, just to remove that insecurity, lol

As long as you aren't obvious you are "safe" to use, however Faceit is more advanced when it comes to bans since they do it.... *plays drums* LIVE.
